泸州市旅游业与新型城镇化耦合协调发展路径研究

摘　　要：为探讨泸州市旅游业与新型城镇化耦合协调发展路径,通过评价指标体系的构建,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型等方法分析了泸州市2011—2020年旅游业和新型城镇化的综合发展水平和耦合协调发展关系,结果表明:(1)2011—2019年,泸州市旅游业和新型城镇化综合评价指数均呈上升趋势,2020年的疫情严重阻碍了旅游业的发展,两者的滞碍关系表现为2011—2019年新型城镇化发展滞后,2020年旅游业发展滞后;(2)旅游产业的发展对提升旅游业综合评价指数具有积极作用,而经济城镇化和社会城镇化逐渐成为推进新型城镇化发展的重要因素;(3)两者之间的耦合度较低,处于拮抗或磨合阶段,耦合协调度呈现良好发展趋势,但仍处于勉强协调阶段。今后应利用旅游业发展优势,在白酒产业融合、红色旅游、乡村旅游等方面进行创新,优化泸州市旅游业发展结构,带动新型城镇化的发展。The comprehensive development level and coupling coordinated development relationship between tourism and new urbanization in Luzhou City from 2011 to 2020 are analyzed by the entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and other methods through constructing the evaluation index system in order to explore its coupling coordinated development path of tourism and new urbanization.The results are as follows:(1)the comprehensive evaluation index of tourism and new urbanization in Luzhou had shown an upward trend from 2011 to 2019;the epidemic in 2020 had severely hindered the development of tourism;the obstructive relationship between them was reflected by the lagging behind of new urbanizaiton during 2011—2019 and the lagging behind of tourism in 2020;(2)the development of tourism industry has played a positive role in improving the comprehensive evaluation index of tourism,and economic urbanization and social urbanization have gradually become the important factors in promoting the development of new urbanization;(3)the coupling degree between tourism and new urbanization is relatively low at the rivaling stage;although the coupling coordination degree has presented a good development trend,it is still at the grudging coordination stage.In the future,the advantages of tourism development should be taken to innovate the liquor industry integration,red tourism,rural tourism and so on,optimize the tourism development structure of Luzhou,and drive the development of new urbanization.
