摘 要:针对基于自准直仪的三自由度测量系统所成的十字丝狭缝图像,由于其存在一定的宽度且不均匀,从而会导致三自由度测量准确度不高。提出了一种基于十字丝细化与Hough变换相结合的高精度三自由度测量方法。实验结果表明,十字丝细化与Hough变换相结合的三自由度测量方法,在±600"的测量范围内,俯仰角的标准差为2.69";偏摆角的标准差为2.28";滚转角的标准差为12.58",三自由度的测量准确度均高于只采用十字丝细化处理或只采用Hough变换求三自由度的准确度,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。Due to the existence of a certain width and non-uniformity in the cross hair slit image produced by a three degree of freedom measurement system based on an autocollimator,the accuracy of the three degree of freedom measurement is not high.This paper proposes a high-precision three degree of freedom measurement method based on the combination of cross hair thinning and Hough transform.The experimental results show that the standard deviation of the pitch angle is 2.69"in the measurement range of±600"using a three degree of freedom measurement method combining cross hair thin-ning and Hough transform;The standard deviation of the yaw angle is 2.28";the standard deviation of the roll angle is 12.58".The measurement accuracy of the three degrees of freedom is higher than that of using only the cross hair thinning process or using only the Hough transform to calculate the three degrees of freedom,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the method proposed in this article.
