摘 要:T型光电转塔左、右两侧的光具座上分别安装有电视摄像机、红外热像仪和激光测距机等光电传感器,针对某T型光电转塔因光具座结构变形较大所引起的传感器测角误差和多光轴平行度误差超差问题,提出了一种光具座结构改进方案,即将板状结构光具座改为框状结构光具座,并对初始光具座和改进光具座进行了有限元静力仿真分析,通过对比光具座仿真结果和实验验证,表明该光具座结构改进方案是合理的,能够显著提高光具座刚度,有效减少T型光电转塔的测角误差和多光轴平行度误差。Photoelectric sensors such as camera,infrared thermal imager and laser rangefinder are installed on the optical benches on the left and right sides of the T-type electro-optic turret,In order to decrease angle measurement error and multi-axis parallelism error of these sensors caused by larger deformation of optical bench structure in T-type electro-optic turret,an improvement scheme of the optical bench is proposed,which changes the plate-shaped structure into the frame-shaped structure.the linear static analyses for the original optical bench and the improvement one are respectively simulated by the finite element method.By comparing the simulation results of two optical benches and the experimental verification,It is shown the structural improvement scheme of optical bench is reasonable.It can significantly improve the stiffness of optical bench and effectively reduce angle measurement error and multi-axis parallelism error of T-type electro-Optic turret.
