摘　　要：随着临床医学检测样本的不断增多,高通量、自动化是液体处理工作站的发展趋势。移液器是液体处理工作站的核心部件,根据空气置换原理设计了96通道移液器,主要由驱动电机、活塞杆、腔体、脱枪板等组成,对重要零件进行仿真分析,结果可以达到使用要求。利用模块化的思维对移液器的硬件控制电路进行设计,主要包括主控电路、隔离电路、光电传感器接口电路等。之后对移液器控制算法进行仿真分析,选择模糊PID算法控制移液精度。最后,对搭建的样机进行性能测试,使用200µL的吸头进行了10µL、20µL、50µL、100µL、150µL、200µL的定量移液实验,标准偏差分别在2.03%、1.98%、1.52%、1.34%、1.27%、1.06%,满足JJG 646-2006移液器计量性能要求。With the increasing number of clinical medical test samples,high throughput and automation are the development trends of liquid processing workstations.The pipette is the core component of a liquid processing workstation.Based on the principle of air displacement,a 96 channel pipette is designed in this paper,which is mainly composed of a drive motor,piston rod,cavity,and gun release plate.Simulation analysis of important components is conducted,and the results can meet the use requirements.Using modular thinking to design the hardware control circuit of the pipette,mainly including the main control circuit,isolation circuit,photoelectric sensor interface circuit,and so on.After simulation and analysis of the pipette control algorithm,a fuzzy PID algorithm is selected to control the pipette accuracy.Finally,the performance of the prototype was tested,and the quantitative liquid transfer experiments of 10μL,20μL,50μL,100μL,150μL and 200μL were carried out using 200μL suction heads.The standard deviations are 2.03%,1.98%,1.52%,1.34%,1.27%and 1.06%respectively,which meets the metrological performance requirements of JJG 646-2006 pipette.
