摘  要:以苍术幼苗为材料,检测0.6%、0.9%NaCl胁迫0 h、12 h、24 h、48 h后根部丙二醛含量等8种生理指标的变化,来解析苍术的耐盐生理机制。结果表明,盐胁迫下,丙二醛含量先上升后下降;脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量的变化均呈上升趋势,且与CK组相比变化显著(P<0.05);可溶性蛋白含量呈现先升高后降低再升高的趋势;相对电导率呈上升趋势,且与CK组相比变化极显著(P<0.01);SOD、POD活性都呈现先降低后升高再降低的趋势,POD活性相比CK组变化显著(P<0.05);两个胁迫组CAT活性变化不同,0.6%胁迫组呈现先降低后升高的趋势,0.9%胁迫组呈现先降低后升高再降低的趋势。Using Atractylodes macrocephala seedlings as materials,the changes in eight physiological indicators,including the content of malondialdehyde in the roots,were detected after 0,12,24,and 48 hours of NaCl stress at 0.6%and 0.9%,in order to elucidate the physiological mechanism of salt tolerance.The results showed that the content of malondialdehyde first increased and then decreased;the content of proline and soluble sugar increased in the stress group,and the change was significant compared with CK Group(P<0.05);the content of soluble protein increased firstly,then decreased and then increased;the relative conductivity also increased,and the change was very significant compared with CK Group(P<0.01);the activity of SOD and POD decreased first,then increased and then decreased;the activity of POD changed significantly compared with CK Group(P<0.05).The changes of CAT activity in the two stress groups were different.The CAT activity in the 0.6%stress group decreased first and then increased,while that in the 0.9%stress group decreased first,then increased and then decreased.
