成渝地区双城经济圈地方标准协同现状研究及建议

摘　　要：国内外标准化实践证明,标准能极大地促进区域经济一体化发展,成渝地区双城经济圈地方标准的协同发展,对于促进成渝地区双城经济圈一体化建设、实现区域深度融合发展意义重大。本研究通过对国内外标准一体化发展较早的国家和地区标准协同现状进行梳理,总结经验。本文进一步对比研究成渝地区双城经济圈现行的地方标准,明确标准协同的现状与不足,探索成渝地区双城经济圈地方标准的可融合空间,立足成渝地区地方标准协同现状提出建议,有序推动制修订统一的成渝地区双城经济圈地方标准。The standardization practice at home and abroad proves that standards can greatly promote the development of regional economic integration,and the synergistic development of local standards in the twin-city economic circle of Chengdu-Chongqing region is of great significance to promote the integrated construction of the twin-city economic circle of Chengdu-Chongqing region and realize the deep integration development of the region.This study compares the current situation of standard synergy in countries and regions with early development of standard integration at home and abroad and summarizes the experience.It further compares and studies the existing local standards in the twin-city economic circle of Chengdu-Chongqing region,clarifies the current situation and shortcomings of standard synergy,explores the convergence space of local standards in the twin-city economic circle of Chengdu-Chongqing region,makes suggestions based on the current situation of local standard synergy in Chengdu-Chongqing region,and orderly promotes the formulation and revision of unified local standards in the twincity economic circle of Chengdu-Chongqing region.
