摘  要:基于碳交易政策和多式联运,对快递企业区域配送网络优化进行研究。首先,对考虑碳排放的多式联运网络设计与优化的研究现状进行梳理总结。然后,在考虑碳交易政策的基础上,构建了以网络运输成本和碳交易成本综合经济成本最低为目标的绿色快递多式联运网络优化模型,并设计遗传算法进行求解。最后,以川渝城市群16个主要城市节点为研究对象,在现有2个枢纽的基础上,代入数据并运用遗传算法求解,得到新增选的2个枢纽节点城市,实现了快递网络优化,同时网络总经济成本也较枢纽增选前的总经济成本降低了15%。Base on the policy of carbon trading and the multimodal transportation,this paper studies the network optimization of regional distribution for express delivery enterprises.First,the research status of the network design and optimization of the multimodal transportation considering the carbon emission is summarized.Considering the policy of carbon trading,the network optimization model of the multimodal transportation of green delivery aiming at the lowest comprehensive economic cost including the costs of network transportation and carbon trading is established,and the genetic algorithm is designed to solve it.Finally,taking 16 major urban nodes in the Sichuan-Chongqing urban agglomerations as the object of research,based on the two existing hubs,the data are substituted and the genetic algorithm is used to find the solution.The two newly selected hub node cities are obtained,and the network optimization of express delivery is realized.Meanwhile,the total economic cost of the network is reduced by 15%compared with that before the selection of the two new hubs.
