全方位护理管理对儿科护理人员护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察儿科护理人员管理中采用全方位护理管理的实际影响情况。方法本研究时间为2019年1月—2020年12月,兰陵县人民医院小儿神经内科于2020年1—12月研究期间开展全方位护理管理优化工作(观察组),2019年1—12月期间采用院内常规儿科护理管理模式(对照组),随机选择15名儿科护理工作人员参与调查研究,评价护理质量。结果观察组儿科护理人员专业能力评分、职业获益感评分、工作质量、幸福指数高于对照组,工作倦怠感评分、情绪状况评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理人员接受全方位护理管理,能够提升专业能力与工作质量,改善情绪状况,减少工作倦怠感,并提高职业获益感与幸福指数,管理效果好。Objective To observe the actual impact of adopting comprehensive nursing management in the management of pediatric nursing staff.Methods The research period was from January 2019 to December 2020.The Department of Pediatric Neurology of Lanling County People's Hospital carried out comprehensive nursing management optimization work(observation group)during the research period from January to December 2020.From January to December 2019,the routine pediatric nursing management model in the hospital was adopted(control group).Fifteen pediatric nursing staff were randomly selected to participate in the survey and evaluate the quality of nursing care.Results The professional ability score,career benefit score,work quality,and happiness index of the pediatric nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the work burnout score and emotional status score were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric nurses receiving comprehensive nursing management can improve their professional abilities and work quality,improve their emotional status,and reduce work burnout,and improve the sense of professional benefit and happiness index,and the management effect is good.
