心血管内科护理人员职业压力产生原因和应对措施分析

摘  要:目的分析心血管内科护理人员职业压力产生原因,并制订相关应对措施。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月聊城市人民医院心血管内科护理人员20名作为研究对象,了解其职业压力产生的原因,并讨论有关应对措施。结果心血管内科护理人员Maslach职业倦怠量表、护士职业获益感量表评分与常模相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过分析,位列心血管内科护理人员职业压力来源分布第一的因素是工作量大(95.00%)、位列第二的因素是工作环境较差(85.00%)、位列第三的因素是休假过少(80.00%)、位列第四的因素是工作自主性差(75.00%),其他因素还有患者病情恶化或死亡(60.00%)、加班及夜班过多(50.00%)等。结论心血管内科护理人员目前普遍存在着程度不同的职业倦怠感,且职业获益感较低,导致其产生职业压力的原因有很多,并以工作量大、不合理的工作分配等最为常见,应当从不同原因入手,制订出针对性的应对措施,以缓解其职业压力,并提高其工作质量。Objective To analyze the causes of occupational stress of nursing staff in cardiovascular department and formulate relevant countermeasures.Methods 20 nursing staff in the cardiovascular department of Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects to understand the causes of occupational stress and discuss relevant countermeasures.Results Compared,the scores of Maslach burnout scale and nurses'sense of career Benefit scale between nurses in cardiovascular department and the norm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the analysis,the first factor of occupational stress distribution among cardiovascular nursing staff was heavy workload(95.00%),the second factor was poor working environment(85.00%),the third factor was too little vacation(80.00%),and the fourth factor was poor work autonomy(75.00%).Other factors included worsening or death of patients(60.00%),excessive overtime and night shift(50.00%),etc.Conclusion At present,there are various degrees of job burnout among cardiovascular nursing staff,and the sense of career benefit is low.There are many reasons leading to occupational stress,and the workload and unreasonable work distribution are the most common.We should start from different reasons and formulate targeted countermeasures to alleviate their occupational pressure and improve the quality of their work.
