摘 要:目的探究对产科护士施以人性化护理管理对其工作压力及护理质量的影响。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月寿光市人民医院产科护士46名为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组23名。对照组实施常规护理管理,基于此,观察组实施人性化护理管理,观察和比较组间护理质量评分、工作压力、工作情绪评分、护士满意度。结果观察组的基础护理、护理记录、病房管理、专科护理、健康宣教、理论知识评分均比对照组要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的重度压力率相比对照组要低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前,两组护士工作情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,观察组的抑郁情绪量表(Patient Health Questionnaire-9,PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(Generalized Anxiety Disorder,GAD-7)评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理管理中应用人性化护理管理的效果显著,对降低产科护士工作压力、提升护理质量及护士满意度有积极影响。Objective To explore the impact of humanized nursing management on obstetric nurses on their work stress and nursing quality.Methods 46 obstetric nurses from Shouguang People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups with 23 in each group by random number table method.The control group implemented routine nursing management,based on this,the observation group implemented humanistic nursing management,and observed and compared the nursing quality score,work pressure score,work emotion score and nurse satisfaction among the groups.Results The scores of basic nursing,nursing records,ward management,specialty nursing,health education and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of severe stress in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before management,there was no statistically significant difference in work emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the scores of Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management in obstetric nursing management has a significant effect on reducing the work pressure of obstetric nurses,improving the quality of nursing and nurses'satisfaction.
