精细化护理管理在门诊输液护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析应用精细化护理管理模式管理门诊输液护理人员的效果。方法对2021年12月—2022年12月取郴州市第一人民医院26名护理人员采取精细化护理管理,设为实施后;2020年11月—2021年11月本院26名护理人员采取常规管理,设为实施前,护理人员为同一批。对比不同时间段的管理效果。结果实施后核查相关内容、输液反应类型、输液反应处理反应以及药物相关知识分值均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后总满意度为100%,高于实施前的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后护理质量显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于门诊输液护理应用精细化护理管理模式,可获取的管理效果较好,有助于提升工作效率,有助于构建良好的医疗环境。Objective To analyz the effects of applying a refined nursing management model to manage outpatient infusion nursing staff.Methods From December 2021 to December 2022,26 nursing staff of Chenzhou First People's Hospital were selected to adopt refined nursing management,which was set as after implementation,and from November 2020 to November 2021,26 nursing staff of this hospital were selected to adopt conventional management,which was set as before implementation.The management effect of different time periods was compared.Results The relevant contents,types of infusion reactions,treatment reactions of infusion reactions and drug related knowledge after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction after implementation was 100%,which was higher than before implementation(84.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For outpatient infusion nursing,the application of refined nursing management mode can obtain better management effects,which is conducive to improving work efficiency,and helping to build a good medical environment.
