目标管理在科室护理管理中的构建与应用

摘　　要：目的分析目标管理在科室护理管理中的构建及应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月德州市陵城区人民医院24名内科护理人员作为研究对象,按照护理阶段分组,2022年1—7月参与研究的12名护理人员进入对照组,2022年8月—2023年1月参与研究的12名护理人员进入观察组,对照组按照常规内科管理方法实施管理,观察组构建目标管理模式,并应用于科室管理。分析两组护理人员的护理质量及综合素质、考核成绩及护理人员对管理模式的满意度。结果观察组护理人员的理论及实践考核成绩、护理质量、护理满意度、综合素质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科室护理管理中采取目标管理模式的效果好,提升了护理人员的职业素质及基础护理能力,为改善内科护理质量有巨大的帮助。Objective To analyze the construction and application effect of goal management in department nursing management.Methods 24 nurses from the internal medicine department of Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou city from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the nursing stage,12 nurses who participated in the study from January to July 2022 were enrolled in the control group,and 12 nurses who participated in the study from August 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled in the observation group.The control group was managed according to the conventional internal medicine management methods,and the observation group established the target management model and applied it to department management.The nursing quality and comprehensive quality,assessment results and the satisfaction of nursing staff to management mode were analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical and practical assessment,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and comprehensive quality of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The target management model in department nursing management has good results,improves the professional quality and basic nursing ability of nursing staff,and is of great help in improving the quality of internal medicine nursing.
