护士层级管理在提高神经内科临床护理管理质量中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护士层级管理的开展对于提高护理管理质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月期间于汶上县人民医院神经内科两个病区工作的36名护士作为研究对象,2021年1—12月期间实施常规管理,2022年1—12月期间开展护士层级管理。在实施护士层级管理前后,分别针对护士专业能力、工作满意度以及临床护理管理质量进行对比。结果层级管理护士理论基础、操作技能、应急处理、护患沟通评分均高于常规护理管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。层级管理护士工作满意度高于常规护理管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。层级管理护士基础护理、医嘱查对与执行、病情监测、安全管理评分均高于常规护理管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理管理工作中,实施护士层级管理,可以有效提高护士的专业能力,能够为患者提供更为优质的护理服务。Objective To explore the influence of the development of nurse level management on improving the quality of nursing management.Methods 36 nurses working in two wards of the Department of Neurology of Wenshang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and routine management was implemented from January to December 2021,nurse level management will be carried out from January to December 2022.Before and after the implementation of nurse level management,the professional ability,job satisfaction and clinical nursing management quality of nurses were compared.Results The scores of theoretical basis,operation skills,emergency treatment and nurse-patient communication of hierarchical management nurses were higher than those of routine nursing management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The job satisfaction of hierarchical management nurses was higher than that of routine nursing management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,medical order checking and implementation,condition monitoring and safety management of hierarchical management nurses were higher than those of routine nursing management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical nursing management,the implementation of nurse level management can effectively improve the professional ability of nurses and provide better nursing services for patients.
