摘 要:目的研究护理层级管理在提高呼吸内科临床护理服务质量中的作用。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月在永州市第三人民医院呼吸内科工作的23名护理人员,按照电脑抽签分组的方式为观察组(11名)和对照组(12名),对照组护理人员采用常规管理方式,观察组护理人员采用护理层级管理方式,对比两组护理人员的职业生命质量评分、工作能力评分以及护理人员对管理模式的满意度。结果观察组护理人员的职业生命质量评分、工作能力评分、管理模式的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科临床护理服务质量管理当中采用护理层级管理具有显著的临床价值。Objective To study the role of nursing hierarchical management in improving the quality of clinical nursing service in respiratory medicine.Methods 23 nursing staff working in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected.According to the computer lottery grouping method,they were divided into the control group(12 nurses)and observation group(11 nurses).The nursing staff in the control group adopt the conventional management method,and the nursing staff in the observation group adopt the nursing level management method.Compared the professional life quality scores,work ability scores,and caregiver satisfaction with the management model between the two groups of nurses.Results The professional quality of life score,work ability score and management mode satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of nursing level management has significant clinical value in the quality management of clinical nursing services in the Department of Respiratory Medicine.
