研究开放式实践教学模式应用在皮肤病教学中的效果

摘　　要：目的研究皮肤病教学中采用开放式实践教学模式的效果。方法选择2019年3月—2021年1月陕西省人民医院皮肤科接收的某校80名皮肤病学实习生进行开放式实践教学模式研究,采用随机数表法将实习生分为对照组(40名,传统实践教学模式)与教学组(40名,开放式实践教学模式),比较综合测评、效能反应、随课检测、满意情况等多项指标。结果教学组综合测评优良率、实习生效能反应高于对照组,随课检测成绩、实习生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开放式实践教学模式能够赋予皮肤病教学新的教学活力,提高实习生课堂学习积极性,促使其成绩提升,也让实习生对于皮肤病教学更加满意。Objective To study the effect of using an open practice teaching model in dermatology teaching.Methods From March 2019 to January 2021,80 interns of dermatology in a school accepted by the Department of Dermatology,Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital were selected for the study of open practice teaching mode.The interns were divided into control group(40,traditional practice teaching mode)and teaching group(40,open practice teaching mode)by random number table method.A number of indicators such as comprehensive evaluation,efficacy response,on-the-spot test and satisfaction were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of comprehensive evaluation and the efficiency response of interns in the teaching group were higher than those in the control group,the test results and interns'satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The open practice teaching model can give new teaching vitality to dermatology teaching,improve interns'enthusiasm for classroom learning,improve their performance,and make interns more satisfied with dermatology teaching.
