摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟教学对非医学专业背景学员院前救护培训急救技能的效果。探索院前救护实训教学模式。方法选取2020—2021年度院前救护培训学员252名为研究对象,2021年度学员为研究组,2020年度学员为对照组,每组126名,对照组采用常规理论加实训的教学方法,研究组在常规教学的基础上,在总学时不变的基础上调整为增加情景模拟教学方法。考核学员的理论与实践学习成绩。结果研究组学生实践成绩(三项技能考核成绩:心肺复苏技术、止血包扎、骨折固定)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景式实训教学方法能明显提高院前救护技能培训教学效果,建议在院前救护教学中继续使用,将对普及民众院前救护技能起到积极作用。Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation teaching on first aid skills in pre-hospital rescue training for students with non-medical background.Explore the teaching model of pre-hospital rescue training.Methods 252 pre hospital rescue training students from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the research subjects,the 2021 students were selected as the research group,and the 2020 students were selected as the control group,with 126 students in each group.The control group used a conventional theoretical and practical teaching method.On the basis of conventional teaching,the research group adjusted to add scenario simulation teaching method while keeping the total class hours unchanged.The students'theoretical and practical learing results were evaluated.Results The practical performance of the research group students(three skill assessment scores:cardiopulmonary resuscitation technology,hemostasis and bandaging,and fracture fixation)was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The scenario-based practical training teaching method can significantly improve the teaching effect of pre-hospital rescue skills training.It is recommended to continue to be used in pre-hospital rescue teaching,which will play a positive role in popularizing pre-hospital rescue skills among the public.
