摘　　要：目的本研究旨在深入探索某省医学高校直属附属医院的科研认知现状,并为提升科研水平提供战略性指导。方法选取2018—2022年在潍坊医学院附属医院工作,并已取得初级职称以上的医疗人员、药剂人员、护理人员以及其他技术人员共1800名为研究对象,对其科研活动情况进行了统计,并深入分析了其科研意识和科研困难。结果2018—2022年,本院的期刊论文发表、课题立项数量均展现出稳步上升的趋势;2021、2022年专利授权数量明显增加。2018—2022年,本院的科研动机、对科研重要性的认识及对信息政策的理解评分也呈现出逐年上升趋势。2018—2022年,本院在科研过程中课题申报、文献查阅、科研设计、动物实验、经费使用以及统计分析呈现出逐年下降的趋势。结论2018—2022年,本院医务人员科研现状中,个人开展科研活动情况呈现逐年升高趋势,且科研意识逐步增强,面临的科研困难得到有效缓解。Objective To deeply explore the status quo of scientific research cognition in hospitals directly affiliated to medical universities in certain province,and to provide strategic guidance for improving the level of scientific research.Methods A total of 1800 medical personnel,pharmacy personnel,nursing personnel,and other technical personnel who worked at the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from 2018 to 2022 and obtained junior professional titles or above were selected as the research subjects.Their scientific research activities were statistically analyzed,and their scientific research awareness and difficulties were analyzed in depth.Results From 2018 to 2022,the number of journal papers published and project proposals approved by our institute showed a steady upward trend.The number of patent authorizations has significantly increased in 2021 and 2022.From 2018 to 2022,the hospital's research motivation,understanding of the importance of research,and understanding of information policies also showed an increasing trend year by year.From 2018 to 2022,The hospital's institute showed a decreasing trend in project application,literature review,research design,animal experiments,fund utilization,and statistical analysis during the research process.Conclusion From 2018 to 2022,in the scientific research status of medical staff in a hospital directly affiliated to a university,the individual scientific research activities showed an increasing trend year by year,and the scientific research consciousness was gradually enhanced,and the scientific research difficulties faced were effectively alleviated.
