苏州市中心血站献血屋运行、管理及血液采集情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析献血屋运行、管理现状和采集效果,为不断提升和持续改进献血服务质量,提高采血量提供参考。方法调研苏州市中心血站献血屋的运行管理情况,分析2019—2022年各献血屋血液采集情况。结果区属繁花献血屋、吴中影视城2021—2022年采集人次及单位数递增明显。玄妙观广场2020年与2019年相比,日均采集人次及单位数下滑明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。献血屋周末及节假日日均采集人次显著多于正常工作日日均采集人次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论献血屋的运行、管理统一,有利于提高献血屋血液采集量,提升服务质量,优化献血屋选址有利提高采血量。Objective To analyze the operation,management statusand collection effect of blood donation houses,and provide reference for continuously improving the quality of blood donation services and increasing the amount of blood collection.Methods The operation and management of blood donation rooms at Suzhou central blood station were investigated,and the blood collection situation of each blood donation room from 2019 to 2022 was analyzed.Results The number of people and units collected from 2021 to 2022 at the district-affiliated Fanhua Blood Donation House and Wuzhong Film and Television City increased significantly.Compared with 2019,the average daily number of people collecting blood donations and the number of units collected in Xuanmiaoguan Square dropped significantly in 2020,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average daily number of blood donation houses collected on weekend sand holidays was significantly more than the average daily number of blood donation collection normal working days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The unified operation and management of the blood donation room will help increase the blood collection volume and improve service quality,optimizing the location of the blood donation room will help increase the blood collection volume.
