摘 要:为了保证铝镁质浇注料在高温烧结后的体积稳定性,探究稀土氧化物对铝镁质浇注料原位反应和性能的影响,分别将氧化钇和氧化铈加入浇注料和基质中进行对比。分析其物相组成、显气孔率、抗折强度等性能。结果表明,氧化钇和氧化铈的添加均会对铝镁质浇注料的体积稳定性产生不同程度的影响,同时会加速其原位反应,对铝镁质基质浇注料的影响更为突出。In order to ensure the volume stability of alumina-magnesia castables after sintering at high temperature,effects of rare earth ox-ides on in-situ reaction and properties of alumina-magnesia castables was investigated.Yttrium oxide and cerium oxide were added in overall and ma-trix of alumina-magnesia castables respectively.The properties such as phase composition,apparent porosity and cold modulus of rupture were ana-lyzed.The results show that the addition of yttrium oxide and cerium oxide can have influence on the volume stability of alumina-magnesia castables to a certain extent.Both of them could accelerate the in-situ reaction,especially for the matrix of alumina-magnesia castables without coarse aggregates.
