摘 要:随着新能源的迅速发展,火电机组将频繁处于低负荷运行状态,因此锅炉面临低负荷稳燃的难题。为解决这一问题,研究了双通道燃烧器在不同一次风速下的燃烧特性。通过改变一次风速,强化燃烧器高温烟气的回流,从而提高煤粉的稳燃程度。使用数值模拟的方法,对双通道燃烧器内煤粉着火情况进行研究,得出燃部温度场、速度场、组分浓度分布等的模拟结果,分析得出一次风速为21m/s时,着火距离可调整到280mm。研究结果表明通过调整一次风速,可以明显改善双通道燃烧器的稳燃性能。With the rapid development of new energy sources,thermal power units are frequently operated at low loads,posing a challenge for boilers in maintaining stable combustion under such conditions.In order to address this issue,the combustion characteristics of a dual-channel burner at different primary air velocities were studied.By varying the primary air velocity to enhance the recirculation of high-temperature flue gas in the burner,the combustion stability of coal powder was improved.Using numerical simulation,the ignition of coal powder inside the dual-channel burner was investigated,and simulation results of temperature fields,velocity fields,and component concentration distributions were obtained.Analysis revealed that at a primary air velocity of 21 m/s,the ignition distance could be adjusted to 280 mm.The research results demonstrate that adjusting the primary air velocity can significantly improve the combustion performance of the dual-channel burner.
