二裂酵母共生发酵溶胞物在化妆品中功效性能的研究

摘  要:二裂酵母发酵会产生氨基酸、肽类、蛋白质、多糖等多种物质,通过体外测试方法对二裂酵母共生发酵溶胞物的抗皱、紧致、抗氧化的效果进行研究。对比空白组,二裂酵母共生发酵溶胞物1%添加量即促进I型胶原蛋白表达,表现抗皱和紧致的功效。斑马鱼I型胶原蛋白基因(col1a1a、col1a1b和col1a2)与弹性基因(Elna)表达促进实验结果表明,溶胞物1%添加量对col1a1b、col1a2和Elna基因表达促进作用分别为223%、241%和247%,效果显著,具有提升皮肤抗皱和紧致的功效,对col1a1a基因未及显著。DPPH清除率实验,溶胞物1%添加量即达到79.91%的抗氧化效果。The fermentation of bifid yeast produces various substances such as amino acids,peptides,proteins,polysaccharides,etc.It were studied that the anti wrinkle,tightening,and antioxidant effects of bifid yeast symbiotic fermentation lysate through in vitro testing methods.Compared to control,the addition of 1%lysate from the symbiotic fermentation of bifid yeast promoted the expression of type I collagen,thus all demonstrating anti wrinkle and tightening effects.To assess effect of optimizing the anti wrinkle and firming of the skin,expression promotion experiment of Zebraf-ish type I collagen gene(col1a1a,col1a1b,and col1a2)and elastic gene(Elna)was used.Further analysis showed that the addition of 1%lysate could had a significant effect on the expression of col1a1b,col1a2,and Elna genes,which were 223%,241%and 247%,respectively,but non-significant on col1a1a gene.The DPPH clearance rate experiment revealed that 1%addition of lysate achieved an antioxidant effect of 79.91%.
