摘 要:随着环境监测事业的发展,监测站日常分析样品的数量越来越大,对出数据的时效要求越来越高,其中水、土壤、固废等中汞、砷、硒这三个监测项目通常由原子荧光光度计完成,但是目前分析砷、汞、硒三个元素都是单道进行分析,同一样品需要分三次进行测量,分析的效率较低,若能进行三个元素同时进行分析,则能大大提高实验分析效率,本文使用三通道原子荧光光度计对砷、汞、硒三道同测进行了方法优化和探究,并取得良好的效果。With the development of environmental monitoring,the number of daily analyzed samples in monitoring stations has increased significantly,and the timeliness of data delivery has become increasingly important.Mercury,arsenic,and selenium in water,soil,solid waste,and other matrices are commonly analyzed using atomic fluorescence spectrometry.However,current methods analyze these three elements separately,requiring three measurements for the same sample,which is time-consuming and inefficient.In this paper,a method for simultaneous determination of mercury,arsenic,and selenium using a three-channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer is optimized and explored,achieving good results and greatly improving the efficiency of experimental analysis.
