摘 要:固体废弃物中总磷含量监测对降低环境介质中的全磷超标风险具有重要意义,本文探究了基于流动注射分析-分光光度技术快速测定固体废弃物中总磷含量的方法。结果表明,浸出液的总磷浓度在0.00~1000μg/L的范围内,吸光度与浸出液的总磷浓度之间具有线性关系。最低检出限为0.92μg/g,低于国标方法检出限。对理论值10μg/g、100μg/g、1000μg/g的固体废弃物样品进行7次重复性测试的相对标准偏差为0.11%~0.81%之间,加标回收率在93.12%~110.0%之间。表明该方法准确可靠,加之本法优异的自动化性能,可以满足固体废弃物实际样品中总磷含量的快速测定需求。It makes significant sense for the decreasing of the total phosphorus pollution risk through monitoring the solid waste total phospho-rus content in environmental medium.This article explores a method for rapid determination of total phosphorus content in solid waste based on flow injection analysis spectrophotometry technology.The results showed that the total phosphorus concentration of the leaching solution is in the range of 0.00~1000 ug/L,and there is a linear relationship between the absorbance and the total phosphorus concentration of the leaching solution.The min-imum detection limit of this method is 0.92μg/g,lower than the detection limit of the national standard method,for the theoretical value of 10μg/g,100μg/g,1000μg/g.The relative standard deviation of 7 repeatability tests on soil samples is between 0.11%~0.81%,the spiked recovery rate is be-tween 93.12%~110.0%.This indicates that the method is accurate and reliable,coupled with its excellent automation performance,the method meet the rapid determination of total phosphorus content in actual solid waste samples.
