摘　　要：建立了用HPLC测定反应液中7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-ACA)残留含量的分析方法。经过验证,7-ACA在2.895~11.582μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),该方法具有较好的专属性,操作简单,重复性好,可为头孢类品种检测母核7-ACA残留提供试验依据。To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of 7-ACA content in reaction fluid.The linearity of calibration curve for 7-ACA was good in the range of 2.895 to 11.582μg/ml(r was 1.0000).This established method is simple,specific and good repeatability,which can be used to determine the activity of 7-ACA in the reaction fluid.
