摘  要:研究MABR膜生物反应装置与传统弹性滤料接触氧化池在处理微污染原水的效果差异及两者的能耗差异方面,探索一条处理微污染原水的新路径。根据建湖县自来水有限公司的MABR膜中试装置实验数据与该公司正在运行的接触氧化池运行数据对比,发现MABR膜在处理微污染水(COD_(Mn)<10mg/L、NH_(3)-N<3mg/L)中有机物的能力明显高于传统接触氧化池。COD_(Mn)的去除率要高出14%,NH_(3)-N处理率高出20%,同时能耗降低80%以上。应用MABR膜代替接触氧化池悬浮填料处理微污染原水具有明显优势。Research on the differences in the treatment effect of MABR membrane bioreactor and traditional elastic filter contact oxidation pond on micro-polluted raw water,as well as the energy consumption differences between the two,to explore a new path for the treatment of micro-polluted raw water.According to the experimental data of the MABR membrane pilot plant of Jianhu County Waterworks Co.,Ltd.and the operating data of the company’s running contact oxidation pond,it was found that the MABR membrane had a significantly higher ability to treat organic matter in micro-polluted water(COD_(Mn)<10mg/L,NH_(3)-N<3mg/L)than traditional contact oxidation pond.The removal rate of COD_(Mn)is 14%higher.The removal rate of NH_(3)-N is 20%higher,and the energy consumption is reduced by more than 80%.
