摘  要:本文基于提高终端脱碳单元的CO_(2)单位脱除率的目的,深入探讨了影响MDEA溶液脱碳效率的关键问题,尤其是MDEA溶液的发泡问题,并针对问题所在提出改进措施。改进方案实施后,成功将MDEA溶液发泡问题的解决率提高到98.5%,显著降低了MDEA的损耗和维护成本,同时提高了碳捕集系统的经济效益。In this paper,based on the purpose of improving the CO_(2) unit removal rate of the terminal decarbonization unit,the key issues affecting the decarbonization efficiency of MDEA solution,especially the foaming problem of MDEA solution,were discussed in depth,and improvement measures were proposed to address the problem areas.After the implementation of the improvement program,the solution rate of the MDEA solution foaming problem was successfully increased to 98.5%,which significantly reduces the loss and maintenance cost of MDEA,and at the same time improves the economic efficiency of the carbon capture system.
