摘 要:高岭土通过硅烷偶联剂(KH-550)改性,然后加入相容剂,与聚丙烯熔融共混制备出聚丙烯/高岭土复合材料。研究表明:改性后高岭土红外谱图上出现了烷基的特征吸收峰,表明偶联剂分子对高岭土表面进行了有机化改性。随着高岭土、相容剂含量增加,复合材料的力学性能、热变形温度先增加再减小。当对高岭土改性并加入相容剂后,高岭土能更好地起到异相成核作用,在一定程度上促进聚丙烯结晶,并且有利于微晶在(040)晶面方向的生长。Kaolin was dry-modified with silane coupling agent(KH-550),and then compatibilizer was added to prepare polypropylene(PP)/kaolin composites via melt-blending method.The results show that the characteristic absorption peak of alkyl groups appear on the infrared spectrum of modified kaolin in the FTIR,which indicated that the surface of kaolin was modified by coupling agent molecules.With the increase of kaolin and compatibilizer content,the mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature of the composites increase first and then decrease.When ka-olin was modified and compatibilizer was added,kaolin could better play the role of heterogeneous nucleation and promote the crystallization of poly-propylene to a certain extent and the growth of microcrystals in the(040)crystal plane direction.
