摘  要:为了改善塑料油桶在吹塑成型过程中存在的壁厚不均匀问题,使用Ployflow软件模块对某一型号塑料油桶进行数值模拟。通过设计正交实验研究吹胀时间、吹胀压力、模具运动速度对塑料油桶成型的影响。用制件壁厚方差,即壁厚均匀度作为衡量标准,达到优化吹塑通体壁厚均匀度的目的。结果表明,吹胀压力对塑料油桶吹塑成型质量影响较大,在吹胀时间为6 s,吹胀压力为0.2 MPa,模具运动速度为0.6 m/s时,塑料油桶壁厚分布较为均匀。研究结果对塑料油桶的实际生产提供一定的参考。To improve the problem of uneven wall thickness in the blow molding process of plastic oil drums,Ployflow software was used to perform numerical simulation on a specific model of plastic oil drum.An orthogonal experiment was designed to study the effects of blow time,blow pressure,and mold movement speed on the forming of the plastic oil drum.The variance of the wall thickness of the product was used as the measurement standard to achieve the goal of optimizing the overall wall thickness uniformity of the blow molding.The results showed that the blow pressure had a significant impact on the blow molding quality of the plastic oil drum.Under the conditions of a blow time of 6 s,blow pressure of 0.2 MPa,and mold movement speed of 0.6 m/s,the wall thickness distribution of the plastic oil drum was relatively uniform.This study provides reference for the actual production of plastic oil drums.
