摘  要:针对世界最大跨径桥梁——张靖皋长江大桥南航道桥,介绍大桥设计中的建设条件和考虑的主要控制因素,阐述在长江下游典型软土地基上建设2300 m超大主跨悬索桥所面临的技术难题.针对张靖皋大桥6项“世界之最”带来的技术难题,以问题和需求为导向,提出了悬索桥主缆自平衡结构体系、超高钢箱-钢管约束混凝土组合索塔、超大规模支护转结构复合地连墙锚碇基础、超大型自行走装配式索鞍、具有智能感知可更换主缆锚固体系、全桥一体化智能防腐体系等技术措施.通过理论分析、模型计算、试验验证等,形成了对应的6个世界首创技术,为大桥的设计建造和日后的运营管养提供了理论指导与技术支撑.Focusing on Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge,the largest span bridge of the world,the main control factors considered in the design of the bridge are outlined.The technical challenges faced in the construction of 2300-m-span suspension bridge on a typical soft soil foundation in the downstream area of the Yangtze River are elaborated.In response to the technical challenges posed by six“world records”and guided by problems and requirements,the following technical measures are proposed:a self-balancing structure system for the main cable of suspension bridge,an ultra-high composite tower with steel box and steel tube restrained concrete,an ultra-large-scale anchorage supported by the composite diaphragm wall foundation which transforms from supporting structure into permanent structure,a super-scale self-propelled prefabricated cable saddle,an intelligent sensing and replaceable main cable anchor system,and a comprehensive intelligent anti-corrosion system for the entire bridge.Through theoretical analysis,modeling,and experimental verification,six corresponding world pioneering technologies have been formed,providing theoretical guidance and technical support for the design and construction of the bridge.
