摘 要:区域供冷系统一次冷冻水管网分为开式系统和闭式系统,开式系统虽然相对闭式系统节省了设备和换热温差,效率更高,但水力特征较为复杂,存在水锤和倒灌等风险。结合深圳某集中供冷项目一次冷冻水开式系统的系统设置和布置特点,采用水力分析软件模拟不同运行工况下供冷管网、冷站、用户侧的水力特征。发现开式系统的水锤特征包括:最大水锤出现在用户侧或管网远端,同时存在负压和正压水锤,水锤出现工况较多,但不易出现破坏性水锤。针对该项目水锤特性,提出改善措施,保证供冷系统的安全运行。The primary chilled water pipe network of the regional cooling system includes open system and closed system.Although the open system saves equipment and heat exchange temperature difference and is more efficient than the closed system.But its hydraulic characteristics are more complex and there are risks such as water hammer and reverse irrigation.In this paper,the hydraulic analysis software is used to simulate the hydraulic characteristics of the cooling pipe network,cooling station and user side under different operating conditions based on the system setting and layout characteristics of the primary chilled water open system of a centralized cooling project in Shenzhen.It is found that the water hammer characteristics of the open system include:the maximum water hammer occurs at the user side or the far end of the pipe network,and there are negative pressure and positive pressure water hammer at the same time.There are many working conditions of water hammer,but destructive water hammer is not easy to occur.According to the water hammer characteristics of the project,the improvement measures are proposed to ensure the safe operation of the cooling system.
