大型泵站立式水泵机组大修管理的质量管理对策研究

摘　　要：对于泵站来说,主要的设备就是电机和水泵,而水泵一般分为卧式水泵和立式水泵。在根据需要对水泵进行选型的过程中,通常以低扬程、大流量为选型条件,立式水泵往往是不二之选,因此在一些取水口泵站或者南方的灌溉供水兼排涝泵站,立式水泵的应用十分广泛。在此背景下,需要相关管理人员和技术人员结合水泵运行中的实际工况和运行周期,对水泵机组进行大修维护,及时发现立式水泵机组存在的异常问题及安全隐患,并针对性地进行维护治理,保证水泵机组的运行高效和安全。For the pumping station,the main equipment is the motor and pump,and the pump is generally divided into horizontal pump and vertical pump.And in the process of pump selection according to needs,when the selection condition is usually low head and large flow,the vertical pump is often the best choice,therefore,in some water intake pumping stations or irrigation and drainage pumping stations in the south,vertical pumps are widely used.In this context,it is necessary for the relevant management and technical personnel in combination with the actual operating conditions and operating cycle of the pump unit overhaul and maintenance,find out the abnormal problem and hidden trouble of safety of vertical pump unit in time,and carry on the maintenance to ensure the high efficiency and safety of pump unit.
