摘  要:黄金峡水利枢纽围堰工程四建四拆,围堰类型多样,有土石围堰、塑性防渗墙围堰、混凝土围堰等,各围堰施工均为关键施工线路的关键节点。因各围堰施工时间紧、强度高、施工难度大,为此项目开展分期导流施工技术研究,通过技术改进、方案优化及强化施工组织等,黄金峡水利枢纽在2019年第一个枯水期成功抵御超标洪水,2020年11月12日实现大江二期截流,2021年12月工程顺利按节点完成,工期满足施工要求。本工程分期导流施工获得了圆满成功,其施工技术成果可为类似工程提供施工经验和技术参考。The cofferdam project of the Huangjinxia Water Conservancy Hub has four constructions and four demolitions.There are various types of cofferdams,including earth-rock cofferdams,plastic anti-seepage wall cofferdams,concrete cofferdams,etc.The construction of each cofferdam is a key node of the key construction route.Due to the tight construction time,high intensity,and high construction difficulty of each cofferdam,this project conducts research on phased diversion construction technology,through technical improvement,scheme optimization,and strengthening of construction organization,The Huangjinxia Water Conservancy Hub successfully withstood excessive floods during the first dry season of 2019.On November 12,2020,it achieved the second phase closure of the Dajiang River.In December 2021,the project was successfully completed according to the milestones,and the construction period met the construction requirements.The phased diversion construction of this project has achieved a complete success,and its construction technology achievements can provide construction experience and technical reference for similar projects.
