摘　　要：研究生学术诚信建设关乎国家的未来和发展。作为培养未来社会栋梁的高校,承担着教育、预防、监督和惩戒的主要责任。高校应构建研究生学术不端预防监督体系,规范研究生的学术诚信行为并预防研究生的学术不端。高校在加强主体责任、紧跟政策和教育发展新要求的基础上,构建包括培养全过程中的严格管理与预防、学术规范制度和学术管理制度建设、学术失范预防监督制度建设三方面的研究生学术诚信预防监督体系。Constructing the academic integrity of postgraduate is related to the future and develop⁃ment of the country.As a university to cultivate the future social backbone,it has the primary re⁃sponsibility of education,prevention,supervision and discipline.Universities should construct the preventive supervision system of academic integrity of postgraduate,standardize the academic integ⁃rity behavior of postgraduate and prevent the academic misconduct of postgraduate.Universities strengthen the responsibility of the subject,and keep abreast with the new requirements of policy and educational development.Based on the above mentioned,the university establishes a preven⁃tive supervision system of postgraduate,which includes the cultivation of strict management and prevention,academic normative system and academic management system,and the construction of academic non-exemplary preventive supervision system.
