摘　　要：现阶段全球经济和就业市场正处于动荡和恢复期,对大学生就业带来了巨大的不确定性和压力。通过对安徽省2023届普通本科高校应届毕业生的调查,探讨了当前大学生就业压力的形成机制以及就业压力对大学生择业意向、就业心理的影响。研究发现,当前阶段普通本科高校毕业生就业压力较大,就业压力对大学生的择业选择具有重要影响,考研、考公和考编等政策性就业岗位的需求意向更加强烈,就业市场的结构性矛盾愈加突出。就业压力对大学生就业心理产生显著影响,就业压力越大越容易使大学生产生受挫、自卑和焦虑等就业心理问题。为此,研究提出多元化就业渠道,注重大学生的职业价值观教育,关注毕业生就业心理,不断完善就业指导和帮扶体系等举措应对大学生就业压力和就业心理问题。At present,the global economy and job market are in a period of turbulence and recovery,which has brought enormous uncertainty and pressure to the employment of college students.Through a survey of the 2023 graduates of ordinary undergraduate universities in Anhui Province,this study explores the formation mechanism of current employment pressure among college students and the impact of employment pressure on their career intention and employment psychology.Research finds that the employment pressure on graduates of ordinary undergraduate universities is relatively high at the current stage,which has a significant impact on their career choices.The demand for policy-oriented employment positions such as postgraduate entrance examination,public service entrance examination,and editorial examination is stronger,and the structural contradictions in the employment market are becoming increasingly prominent.Employment pressure has a significant impact on the employment psychology of college students.The greater the employment pressure,the easier it is for college students to experience psychological problems such as frustration,inferiority,and anxiety.Therefore,the study proposes diversified employment channels,pays attention to the vocational values education of college students and the employment psychology of graduates,and continuously improves the employment guidance and assistance system to address the employment pressure and psychological problems of college students.
