摘 要:为了及时修复排水管道的泄漏点,提出一种面向城市排水管道泄漏的非开挖纺织内衬修复技术。应用铁木辛柯计算纺织内衬软管的厚度,结合弹性伸长率和断裂强度等参数,计算纺织内衬软管设计参数。增加防渗膜复合施工工艺,结合树脂浸渍设计非开挖纺织内衬软管,采用翻转内衬施工法,制定非开挖纺织内衬修复施工方案。实例分析结果表明,经过所提技术修复后,排水管道的压力没有发生明显变化,具有较好修复效果。In order to promptly repair the leakage points of drainage pipelines,a non-excavation textile lining repair technology for urban drainage pipeline leakage is proposed.The thickness of the textile lined hose is calculated by Tiemu Xinke,and the design parameters of the textile lined hose are calculated by combining the elastic elongation and breaking strength.Increasing the composite construction process of anti-seepage membrane,combined with resin impregnation,non-excavation textile lined hose is designed.The construction scheme of the restoration of the non-excavation textile lining is developed by the construction method of turning the inner lining.The result of case analysis shows that the pressure of the drainage pipeline has no obvious change after repaired by the proposed technique,and it has good repair effect.
