摘　　要：本文对宜居绿色建筑的发展过程、实际意义、存在的问题、设计手段进行探讨。通过整理分析当下宜居小区的问题,探索居住建筑未来发展方向。从居住者的需求出发,推动居住建筑的品质升级,深化人们对绿色建筑认识,建立居住者监督机制,加速居住建筑的宜居之路。This paper discusses the development process,practical significance,existing problems and design methods of livable green buildings.Through sorting out and analyzing the problems of the current livable community,the future development direction of residential buildings is explored.Starting from the needs of residents,we should promote the quality upgrade of residential buildings,deepen people's understanding of Green Buildings,establish supervision mechanism for residents,and accelerate the road to livable residential buildings.
