摘 要:针对长租公寓建筑工程施工中,建筑能源损耗较大,且存在环境破坏,对社会环境与经济的发展形成了较大负担的问题,提出了基于节能理念下长租公寓建筑保温结构一体化设计。首先,根据长租公寓建筑的实际结构参数与施工状况,计算保温材料的性能参数,选择节能效果较好的环保无机保温材料;设计长租公寓建筑保温结构一体化构造,结合建筑保温的方式,提高长租公寓建筑保温效果;综合考虑建筑的位置环境与气候条件,计算建筑保温结构导热系数,判断长租公寓建筑保温结构的保温隔热效果是否达到相关标准规范。实验证明,此种建筑保温结构一体化设计的导热系数较低,在实现节能的同时,保温隔热的效果得到了显著提高。In the construction of long-term rental apartment buildings,there are large building energy consumption and environmental damages,which forms great burden on social environment and economic development.In this paper,the integrated design of building thermal insulation structure is put forward for long-term rental apartment buildings based on the concept of energy saving.Firstly,according to the actual structural parameters and construction conditions of long-term rental apartment buildings,the performance parameters of thermal insulation materials are calculated,so as to select environmental and inorganic thermal insulation materials with better energy saving effect.The integrated structure of long-term rental apartment thermal insulation structure is designed in combination with the building thermal insulation approach to improve the thermal insulation effect of long-term rental apartment building.Considering the location environment and climate conditions of the building,the thermal conductivity coefficient of the building thermal insulation structure is calculated to judge whether the thermal insulation effect of the long-term rental apartment building thermal insulation structure meets the relevant standards and specifications.Experiments show that the thermal conductivity of this integrated design of building thermal insulation structure is low,and the effect of thermal insulation has been significantly improved while achieving energy saving.
