摘  要:本文基于智能绿塔项目零碳建筑的创建目标,依据德国PHI被动房标准建设,对项目采用的被动房技术、光伏一体化、光储直柔、地源热泵、智慧能源管理平台等先进绿色技术进行分析介绍,并对建成零碳建筑的可行性进行分析,完整阐述了零碳建筑的技术实施路径。零碳建筑智能绿塔的建设对于绿色建筑、光伏、储能、数字化运维等低碳产业的应用推广具有引领意义,可为其他零碳建筑的建设提供经验。Based on the creation goal of smart green tower project of zero-carbon building,the project was built according to the German PHI Passive Housing Standard.This paper introduces the advanced green technologies such as passive housing technology,photovoltaic integration,solar storage direct flexibility,ground source heat pump,and smart energy management platform.It also analyzes the feasibility of building zero-carbon buildings,and fully expounds the technical implementation path of zero-carbon buildings.The construction of zero-carbon building smart green tower has leading role for the application and promotion of low-carbon industries such as Green Building,photovoltaic,energy storage,and digital operation,which could provide reference for the construction of other zero-carbon buildings.
