南安市石井镇低效用地再开发及产业转型思路研究

摘　　要：我国已进入存量发展时代,低效用地再开发已成紧迫之势。以南安市石井镇的低效产业用地为切入点,梳理低效石材产业的发展困境,并结合国内外相关案例经验,对石井镇低效用地再开发的策略以及产业转型路径做了一些探讨,以期为石井镇高质量发展提供一些思路。Since Our countryChina has entered the stock development era,inefficient land development has become urgent.Taking the inefficiency industrial land in Shijing Town of Nan'an City as the entry pointexample,this paper sorts out the development predicament of the current inefficiency stone industry,and combined withintroduces relevant case experience at home and abroad,and makes some discussion on the inefficiency land re-development strategy and industrial transformation path of Shijing Town,in order to provide some ideas for the high-quality development of Shijing Town.
