摘  要:在城市化进程不断加快的背景下,近些年所规划建设的高层建筑带整体地下室已成为主流。但在主体结构施工过程中,往往因为水头计算浮力大于结构荷载引发高层建筑地下室底板开裂渗漏等质量问题,因而需要合理应用永久抗浮技术。本文将结合实际工程案例,着重分析和探讨抗浮锚杆在地下室抗浮技术施工中的质量控制关键点,希望能够起到一定参考作用,为建设高品质高层建筑提供帮助。Under the background of accelerating urbanization,the integrated basement of the high-rise building zone planned and constructed in recent years has become the mainstream.However,in the construction process of the main structure,it is necessary to use the permanent anti-floating technology because the calculation buoyancy of the water head is larger than the structural load,which leads to the quality issues such as cracking and leakage of the basement floor of the high-rise buildings.In this paper,the key quality control points of anti-floating anchor in the basement anti-floating technology construction are analyzed and discussed based on practical engineering cases,which could provide certain reference for the construction of high-quality high-rise buildings.
