摘  要:为解决轨道交通、风电等领域电机设备中存在的电蚀问题,尝试在轴承外圈通过等离子喷涂工艺制备Al_(2)O_(3)涂层以起到绝缘的作用。文章利用Weibull概率分布函数对加载冲击载荷后的Al_(2)O_(3)涂层进行击穿电压测试,并对其数据进行统计分析,发现其击穿强度的差异性,表明双参数分布Weibull统计分析在耐击穿性能测试中的应用价值;采用复合阻抗谱方法对加载冲击载荷后的Al_(2)O_(3)涂层进行复合阻抗测试,通过Bode图分析其阻抗特性。结果表明:冲击载荷虽然会对Al_(2)O_(3)涂层的阻抗特性产生一定影响,但涂层仍具有一定的阻抗能力,能够保证较好的绝缘性能;Al_(2)O_(3)涂层越薄,受到冲击载荷后,其耐电击穿性能反而越强。In order to solve the problem of electrical corrosion in electric machinery used in rail transportation and wind power industry,it’s considered to prepare Al_(2)O_(3)coating on the outer ring of bearing by using plasma spray process for protection.Weibull probability distribution function is used to test the breakdown voltage of the Al_(2)O_(3)coating after loading the impact load,and its data are statistically analyzed,and the difference of its breakdown strength is found,indicating the application value of Weibull statistical analysis with dual parameter distribution in breakdown resistance performance test;Composite impedance spectroscopy is used to test the composite impedance of Al_(2)O_(3)coating after loading impact load,and its impedance characteristics are analyzed through Bode diagram.The results show that although the impact load may have some impact on the impedance characteristics of Al_(2)O_(3)coating,the coating still has some impedance capacity,which can ensure good insulation performance.The thinner the Al_(2)O_(3)coating,the stronger its electrical breakdown resistance under impact loads.
