摘　　要：某新型防火涂料具有优良的防火性能、高阻尼性能、便捷的施工性能。文章分析了该涂料的特点,介绍其各项性能指标,并通过制备样件等,进一步检测该涂料的各项性能。经验证,该涂料耐火、隔热、隔声等性能均符合相关行业标准和企业标准,具有环保安全低VOC、干燥快速的优点。目前,该新型防火涂料已成功应用在某市域动车组车辆底架及车内,环保、防火、轻量化等优势明显,解决了单一涂装体系同时实现车辆结构防火和降噪功能的难题,为城轨车辆防火和减振降噪提供了全新的方案。A new type of fireproof coating has excellent fireproof,high damping and convenient construction performances.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the coating,introduces its performance indicators,and further inspects the performance of the coating by preparing samples.It has been proved that the performance of the coating such as the fire resistance,heat and sound insulation are in line with relevant industry standards and enterprise standards,and has been characterized by its environmental friendliness,low VOC and fast drying properties.At present,the new fireproof coating has been successfully applied on the underframe and interior decoration of regional EMUs in a city,presenting obvious advantages of environmental protection,fire prevention and lightweight design,which can solve the problems involving fire prevention and noise reduction of the vehicle structure at the same time with a single coating system and provide a new solution to fire prevention and noise reduction of urban rail vehicles.
