摘  要:针对某发动机气道涡流比较小的问题,在不改变气道形状的前提下,通过对座圈倒角进行偏心处理来提高涡流比,研究了偏心距离和偏心角度对气道性能的影响,得到了满足性能要求的气道。试验结果表明,合理调整倒角偏心位置可以大幅提高涡流比,而平均流量系数仅有小幅的减小,并且随着气门升程的减小,涡流强度的提高程度和流量系数的减小程度都逐渐加大。在4mm以下的小升程,气道涡流强度最大可以提高30倍以上,流量系数最多减小25%;在7mm以上的大升程,气道涡流强度增加幅度不到1倍,流量系数减小不超过5%。In order to solve the problem that the swirl ratio of an engine port is relatively small,the swirl ratio was improved by eccentric treatment of the center of the seat chamfer without changing the shape of the port,the influence of eccentricity distance and eccentricity angle on the performance of the port was studied,and the port which meets the performance requirements was obtained.The experimental results show that the swirl ratio can be greatly increased by reasonably adjusting the eccentric position of the seat chamfer,while the mean flow coefficient decreased only slightly.With the decrease of valve lift,the increase of rig swirl and the decrease of flow coefficient are gradually increased.At the small lift below 4mm,the maximum rig swirl of port can be increased by more than 30 times,and the flow coefficient can be reduced by 25%.when the lift is above 7mm,the rig swirl of port can be increased less than twice,and the flow coefficient is reduced by no more than 5%.
