摘 要:带中挡边调心滚子轴承内圈工艺编制过程中,在编制车工工序图时,需要根据内圈各部位工艺留量给出各工序中轴承内圈挡边与滚道交点处工艺尺寸。目前各交点工艺尺寸需要工艺编制和校对人员先按1:1比例画出轴承内圈比例图,然后在比例图上按各工序加上工艺留量,再测量此时各部位的工艺尺寸,这种方法工作量大,效率低,易出现错误。介绍了一种带中挡边调心滚子轴承内圈车加工尺寸计算方法,并在Excel中进行计算且通过实例进行了验证。结果表明,该方法提高了工作效率,减少了工艺图的错误。In the process of preparing the inner ring process of self-aligning roller bearings with intermediate ribs,when preparing the turning process diagram,it is necessary to provide the process dimensions at the intersection of the inner ring ribs and raceways in each process based on the process allowance of each part of the inner ring.At present,the process planning and proofreading personnel need to first draw a 1:1 scale diagram of the bearing inner ring at each intersection point,then add process allowances according to each process on the scale diagram,and then measure the process dimensions of each part at this time.This method is labor-intensive,inefficient,and prone to errors.This paper introduces a method for calculating the machining dimensions of the inner ring of self-aligning roller bearings with middle ribs,and calculates it in Excel and verifies it through examples.The results show that this method improves work efficiency and reduces errors in the process diagram.
