摘  要:本文设计了一种基于液压逻辑阀块的供油稳压装置,该装置采用了液压逻辑阀块作为核心元件,通过泄压组件、供压组件、稳压组件的组合工作确保油路工况稳定性,降低油路系统油压不稳定带来的风险,提高客户设备的工作性能。同时,该装置还采用了冗余设计、安全保护措施、智能控制等技术手段,提高了装置运行的稳定性、可靠性、安全性和智能化水平,为液压系统中供油稳压问题提供了一种有效的解决方案。This paper designs an oil supply pressure stabilization device based on hydraulic logic valve block,which uses hydraulic logic valve block as the core component,and ensures the stability of oil circuit working condition by the combination of pressure relief component,pressure supply component and pressure stabilization component.It reduces the risk caused by the instability of oil circuit system pressure,and improves the working performance of customer equipment.At the same time,the device also adopts redundant design,safety protection measures,intelligent control and other technical means,which improves the stability,reliability,safety and intelligence level of the device operation,and provides an effective solution for the oil supply pressure stabilization problem in hydraulic system.
