摘　　要：某柴油发电机组在停机状态下偶发超速紧急停机报警,根据故障现象,判断柴油机的安保系统可能存在故障,文章对柴油机安保系统的工作原理进行了阐述,根据原理进行故障分析,确定重点排查部位,针对偶发故障难以重现的特点,对分析的方向逐一进行排查,最终经过验证,排除了故障,经过此次维修,对解决偶发型故障总结出主动作为、全面分析、严谨排查的排故思路。A diesel generator set occasionally experiences an overspeed emergency shutdown alarm while in a shutdown state.Based on the fault phenomenon,it is determined that there may be a malfunction in the diesel engine's security system.This article elaborates on the working principle of the diesel engine's security system,analyzes the fault based on the principle,determines the key troubleshooting areas,and focuses on the difficulty in reproducing the occasional fault.The analysis direction is investigated one by one,and finally,after verification,the fault is eliminated,After this repair,a proactive,comprehensive analysis,and rigorous troubleshooting approach has been summarized to solve occasional faults.
