摘 要:曲轴将连杆传来的力转变为转矩对其他发动机附件进行驱动,是汽车发动机中的重要部件,优化曲轴加工生产工艺流程,强化其生产质量与生产水平具有关键性意义。本文以汽车发动机曲轴的结构特性及其加工制造要求作为切入点,分别基于毛坯制造、基准选定、零件热处理、粗铣与高温时效、精铣、磨削、中频淬火以及修孔等角度对曲轴加工的主要工艺流程与技术流程进行了分析,最终针对其加工技术优化措施进行了阐述,以期为相关从业者以及技术人员提供参考。The crankshaft converts the force from the connecting rod into torque to drive other engine accessories,which is an important part of the automobile engine.It is of critical significance to optimize the crankshaft processing and production process and strengthen the production quality and production level.In this paper,the structural characteristics and processing and manufacturing requirements of automobile engine crankshaft are taken as the entry point,and the main process and technical flow of crankshaft processing are analyzed based on blank manufacturing,reference selection,heat treatment of parts,rough milling and high temperature aging,fine milling,grinding,medium frequency quenching and hole repair,and finally the optimization measures of processing technology are described.In order to provide reference for relevant practitioners and technical personnel.
