摘 要:油压减振器广泛用于铁道车辆,在以往的的设计过程中,主要用于流体力学模型进行减振器的结构设计。本文首次引入跨学科的模型,基于振动与噪声理论,对减振器的振动特性进行研究。主要介绍了市域平台机车一系垂向油压减振器的结构与工作原理、底阀的结构与工作原理。研究铁道车辆油压减振器底阀止回阀与阀座接触面积对振动特性的影响,主要通过试验对比不同止回阀接触面积的油压减振器在相同工况下振动特性。研究内容对后续油压减振器振动特性评估提高借鉴与参考。Hydraulic damper is widely used in railway vehicles.In the past design process,it is mainly used in the fluid mechanics model for the structural design of damper.This paper introduces the interdisciplinary model for the first time,based on vibration and noise theory,to study the vibration characteristics of hydraulic damper.Mainly introduces the structure and working principle of the vertical hydraulic damper and the structure and working principle of the bottom valve of the first series of municipal platform locomotive.The influence of contact area between check valve and valve seat on vibration characteristics of railway hydraulic damper bottom valve is studied.The vibration characteristics of oil pressure shock absorber with different contact area of check valve under the same working condition are compared through tests.The research content can be used as reference for the subsequent evaluation of vibration characteristics of hydraulic damper.
