摘　　要：本文介绍了气缸垫的功能,气缸垫的密封机理及缸盖螺栓受力变形的动态三角形定则,气缸垫的结构,缸盖螺栓的影响,发动机运转试验时温度变化曲线,气缸垫密封的时间曲线,振动的影响,气缸垫设计以及发动机发展趋势对密封件的影响,气缸垫密封的安全系数及密封筋设计等诸多问题,以气缸垫密封的“短板效应”为节点作为气缸垫密封的汇总点。结论是影响气缸垫密封的因素很多,取决于发动机的特性,如发动机的参数,缸体、缸盖、接触面的刚性,缸盖螺栓及与操作有关的预紧力,以及气缸垫的设计、制造、检验与试验等。This paper introduces the function of cylinder gasket,the sealing mechanism of cylinder gasket and the dynamic triangle rule of cylinder head bolt deformation,the structure of cylinder gasket,the influence of cylinder head bolt,the temperature change curve during engine running test,the time curve of cylinder gasket sealing,the influence of vibration,the design of cylinder gasket and the influence of engine development trend on the seal,the safety factor of cylinder gasket sealing and the design of sealing rib,etc.The"short board effect"of the cylinder gasket seal is the node as the summary point of the cylinder gasket seal.The conclusion is that there are many factors affecting the cylinder gasket seal,depending on the engine characteristics,such as engine parameters,cylinder block,cylinder head,contact surface rigidity,cylinder head bolts and operation-related preload,as well as the cylinder gasket design,manufacturing,inspection and testing.
