摘  要:柴油机广泛应用于船舶、机车、矿车、发电机组等重要领域,为了保证柴油机运行的可靠性,对机油压力的要求也较高。本文对某型柴油机机油压力低的故障进行了全面解析,并通过故障树法逐一对故障原因进行排查,最终发现机油泵前吸油管管口与油底壳的间距过小是导致故障的主要原因。Diesel engine is widely used in ship,locomotive,mine car,electric generator and other important fields.And in order to ensure the reliability of its diesel engine operation,the oil pressure requirements are higher.In this paper,the fault of low oil pressure in a certain type of diesel engine is analyzed comprehensively,and the cause of the fault is investigated one by one by means of fault tree method,finally,it is found that the main cause of the fault is the small distance between the suction pipe mouth and the oil pan.
